Nope. Our charge cables are designed for your car's connection type — no adapters needed. Simply order the WOW Charging cable you need (NACS or J1772) in the app and you're all set.
It varies by region. In short, our pricing is extremely competitive with public L2 chargers in your immediate area. We want owning an EV to be painless and enjoyable for everyone — unlike our competitors, we don't price gouge our customers.
No. There is no such thing as a WOW Charging subscription or subscription fee. Anyone can sign up to use WOW Charging — a subscription is not required. You pay for the kWh you use, period.
We bill your credit card once a month for the total energy you used that month.
WOW Charging is designed to be used for 7–12 hours (overnight). But you can stay parked in a WOW Charging spot for up to 24 hours without incurring a loitering penalty.
